Located in a prime spot with convenient parking, this compact property exceeded our expectations. the decor was lovely and every detail had been well thought out, from the hooks for toiletries to the sturdy spiral staircase. the property was clean overall, with the exception of a grubby ledge outside the shower door. The lounge/kitchen area was well-equipped with essentials like a microwave and toaster, making it easy to prepare simple meals. the upstairs bedroom was cozy and comfortable, with a full ensuite bathroom. the private off-street parking was a nice bonus, and the garden area provided a peaceful spot to relax. While the property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, it was perfect for us as a couple. Andy, who greeted us upon arrival, was friendly and helpful. the proximity to Beverley town center and train station was a major plus. Overall, this property offered great value and a comfortable stay.
